This house in Richfield, MN was well kept and was painted fairly recently, but the windows were past their prime. It was decided to install Thermo-Tech double hung windows and the picturesque 3-lite casement. Instead of simply putting White up, Victorian Grey was chosen to trim the windows, adding an extra pop and complementing the red door.
